🏍️ THE TEST: This benchmark fitness asessment includes three key movements:

β€’ Max burpees in 2 minutes – full-body power & conditioning

*1 minute rest*

β€’ Max Pull-Ups – upper-body strength for grip and bike control

* 1 minute rest*

β€’ 1-Mile Run best effort – cardiovascular endurance and indicates how well you recover

πŸ“Š SCORING: Your final score = Run Time (in seconds) β†’ minus your total burpees β†’ minus 2 Γ— your pull-ups.

A lower score = better fitness performance. 10 seconds added onto the run if you do it on a treadmill.
