ποΈ THE TEST: This benchmark fitness asessment includes three key movements:
β’ Max burpees in 2 minutes β full-body power & conditioning
*1 minute rest*
β’ Max Pull-Ups β upper-body strength for grip and bike control
* 1 minute rest*
β’ 1-Mile Run best effort β cardiovascular endurance and indicates how well you recover
π SCORING: Your final score = Run Time (in seconds) β minus your total burpees β minus 2 Γ your pull-ups.
A lower score = better fitness performance. 10 seconds added onto the run if you do it on a treadmill.
